In Pokémon Moon, Pichu can be found in the wild in the Paniola Ranch area on Akala Island. Pichu can also be obtained by breeding a Pikachu or a Raichu with a Ditto at the Pokémon Nursery on Akala Island. Additionally, Pichu can be obtained through in-game trades or by receiving it as a gift from certain characters in the game. **

To catch a Pichu in Pokémon Ultra Moon, you can find them in the tall grass on Route 1 or in the wild grass patches on Hau'oli City's beachfront. Pichu is a relatively common encounter, so you may need to spend some time searching for one. Once you encounter a Pichu, weaken it in battle with your Pokémon and then throw a Poké Ball to try and catch it. Using moves that paralyze or put the Pichu to sleep can also increase your chances of successfully catching it. **

In Pokémon Soulsilver, you can find Pichu in the Trophy Garden in the Pal Park after obtaining the National Pokédex. You can also find Pikachu in the Viridian Forest, which is accessible after obtaining the National Pokédex and receiving the Pokéflute from Mr. Fuji in Lavender Town. Both Pichu and Pikachu can also be obtained by breeding a Pikachu with a Light Ball held, which has a chance of producing a Pichu egg. **

The fastest way to evolve Pichu in Pokémon X and Y is to increase its friendship level. You can do this by keeping Pichu in your party and using it in battles, giving it vitamins, and using the Soothe Bell item. Additionally, you can also use the Pokémon-Amie feature to play with and feed Pichu to increase its friendship level. Once Pichu's friendship level is high enough, it will evolve into Pikachu. **

In Pokémon Ultra Moon, Pichu evolves into Pikachu when it has high friendship. While Poké Pelago can help increase friendship with its various activities, it may not be enough to reach the required level for evolution. To further increase Pichu's friendship, try using it in battles, feeding it vitamins, or giving it a Soothe Bell to hold. Additionally, make sure Pichu is not holding an Everstone, as this item prevents evolution. **

Some individuals who still avoid events, celebrations, and parties include those who are introverted or socially anxious. These individuals may feel uncomfortable in large social settings and prefer smaller, more intimate gatherings. Additionally, people who have experienced trauma or have social phobias may also choose to avoid events and parties to protect their mental well-being. Ultimately, it is important to respect and understand individuals who choose to opt out of such social gatherings for their own personal reasons. **
